All dogs must be inoculated against Distemper, Parainfluenza, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis and Parvovirosis.  All cats must be inoculated against Influenza and Enteritis.  Up to date certificates of inoculation must be produced on arrival.

Whilst every possible care and attention is given to each animal boarded, Foxwood Pets Hotel cannot be held responsible for loss either by illness or other cause. 

Foxwood Pets Hotel will call a veterinary surgeon for any animal as deemed necessary.  All costs will be reimbursed by the owner on collection. A charge will be made for transport to and from the veterinary practice.

Animals will be accepted during business hours only.  Boarding fees are payable on arrival or departure.  No animal can be taken away without payment in full being made.

All animals accepted for boarding must be in good physical condition.  If not, all details of its condition must be declared in full on delivery, including adequate supply of medicines and information on their use.

If any animal requires an unusual or specific diet outside the normal range of food offered by the kennels, these must be brought with the animal in sufficient quantity for the length of stay.

If any animal is considered by the staff to be unmanageably aggressive or in great distress, as a last resort the contact number given will be called and alternative care for that animal must be arranged by the owner at the earliest possibe opportunity.
