A collecton service for cats and small dogs is available within a radius of 5 miles approximatey, just tell us at the time of booking and it can be arranged.

All we ask is that your pet has been inoculated against certain diseases (see terms for list) and is up to date with injections.  We will not be able to board your animal if this is not the case.  You will be asked for up to date certificates on arrival.

We trust everyone to honour their commitment to bring their animals in when booked however we insist that anyone who wishes to cancel their reservation take the trouble to inform us of this as it denies others a place who may be desperate to book during busy periods.
