Foxwood pets hotel is a family run business providing a relaxing experience for cats, dogs, rabbits and other small animals while you are away.  We live on the premises and there is always someone on site.

We have two very experienced assistants who are devoted to animal care.  Dog owners themselves, they understand the amount of care and attention pets need.  Every animal that is boarded by us will be fed and looked after by committed and experienced people.

The dogs live in a row of ten kennels right on the edge of a wood.  We own quite a lot of land surrounded by fields and a wood.  This picturesque setting is perfect for a different and interesting adventure for the dogs.  Each kennel is regulation size (4.8 metres by 1.2 metres) with a heated sleeping area.  There is a yard in which the dogs can exercise and sufficient grounds to walk them without the need to go onto roads.

The cats live in two rows of pens, open to the air and regulation size (3 metres by 1.2 metres).  These also can be heated and are not located near the dogs.

We only feed the best food, quality tinned meat and mixer or complete food as required.  Any special diet requirements we ask you to provide. 

In the rare case that any animal shows signs of illness, they will be taken to the vet you specify or our regular, very good, vet.  We are very good at noticing problems with animals and often administer medicine as required and can manage diabetic animals.  We have quarantine accommodation in case any animal needs isolating.

A dog washing and grooming service is also available.

We are licensed by Dudley MBC Environmental Health department and we are inspected at least once per year.  We carry appropriate public liability and employment insurance.
